A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDERS

Dear Valued Simple Salon Customers,

Over the past couple of years we have made some poor decisions that have gone against the core beliefs and values of Simple Salon. As the founders and owners of Simple Salon, a proudly Australian company, we would like to convey our heartfelt and sincere apologies for this occurring.

When we set out to create Simple Salon our intention was to provide the best salon management software at a fair and reasonable price along with friendly and approachable customer service. Today marks a shift in focus back to these core values.

To that end, effective immediately, we will no longer be charging a booking fee for appointments made via our new Online Booking platform. The Online Booking feature is included in your monthly Simple Salon subscription and you will incur no additional fees.

In addition, we look forward to releasing more exciting enhancements to the Online Booking platform as early as next week. Coming shortly is the ability for your clients to book multiple services at once and for the system to support group services you may have setup in Simple Salon.
