A report that can get you more rebookings

The Simple Salon Client Retention Report allows you to effectively keep an eye on which of your clients are rebooking and those who aren’t. It gives you the opportunity to increase your client retention by sending SMS and email marketing campaigns to clients who haven’t rebooked.

Let’s do it. Open the report and set the date range…

Here’s a quick look at what each row of the Client Retention Report means…

Clients who came in - This row in the Client Retention Report looks at the number of clients who came in for an appointment between the dates chosen.

Clients Who Rebooked anytime in the future with any operator - This row looks at the number of clients who had an appointment between the dates chosen and who rebooked for any future date and with any operator.

Clients who rebooked within 8 weeks with any operator - This row looks at the number of clients who had an appointment between the dates chosen and rebooked their next appointment within the number of weeks set in your 'Target Rebook Period' setting* i.e. 8 weeks

Clients who Rebooked anytime in the future with the same operator - This row looks at the number of clients who came in for an appointment between the dates chosen and rebooked for any future date with the same operator.

Clients who rebooked within 8 weeks with The same operator - This row looks at the number of clients who had an appointment between the dates chosen and rebooked their next appointment within the number of weeks set in your 'Target Rebook Period' setting* i.e. 8 weeks and with the same operator.

Click any number in the “NO” column to see who hasn’t reobooked and send them an SMS or email encouraging them to do so.
