Here are ‘6 New Ways To Take Care of Your Clients’:

1. More Jump options on Appointments page
We’ve improved the ‘Jump’ feature on the Appointments page to allow you to easily jump forwards or backwards any number of weeks up to 8 weeks without having to use the calendar. Book and rebook even quicker now, with this improvement.

2. More flexible hours for Online Bookings
It is now possible to have your Online Booking hours reflect differently to your Opening Hours in Roster. That means you can more easily offer extended hours for online bookings without affecting your normal rostered hours.

3. Edit client details when approving online bookings
When you are manually approving online bookings, and you receive a pending appointment in your Approval List, it is now possible to view and edit the client’s details directly from the Approval List screen. Simply click the client’s name to bring up their Personal Details.

4. Advanced Public Holidays
Feel like opening up for a local holiday or event but closing early? Or maybe you’re planning on trading New Year’s Eve but need to alter your hours just for that special day? No worries. Now you can use the enhanced Public Holidays feature to set an ‘Alternate Trading Day’, with opening hours unique to a day you might not normally be open, or a day you are usually open but need to set change your open hours for.

5. Set an appointment Buffer Zone
This new feature allows you to choose whether or not you want to allow bookings during appointment processing time. Processing time leaves a gap on the appointment page, and by default, you can book someone else’s service into that gap to make the appointment book super efficient. However, a service’s processing time can now become a buffer zone that doesn’t allow for other apointments. The Buffer Zone gives you a buffer of time when you need it most.

6. Voucher and Package figures now in Operator Report
We’ve updated the Operator Report to include more data about your staff’s voucher and package sales. The Operator Report now drills further down, giving you a more detailed understanding of what vouchers and packages your staff are selling.
