As promised our team have been incredibly busy building new features for Simple Salon that you have requested. We’re pleased to announce two new 1-Touch Marketing options to make your clients’ experience even better.
Firstly, the new Re-Book Reminder allows you to automatically send clients who haven’t rebooked an SMS or Email message. You can choose to send this to all clients, or just clients who have had selected services. The reminder can be sent any number of weeks after the appointment.
Secondly, our new Appointment Follow Up option allows you to automatically send clients a follow up message hours or days after their visit. Perfect for times when you need to remind your client of something they need to look their best!
These powerful new features are incredibly easy to setup and once it’s done you will no longer have to think about it. Simply sit back and relax and let Simple Salon entice your clients to return to your salon which in turn will result in increased revenue.
